The Jones Family have run Ulysses since 1966 and it is now in the hands of Colm and Deirdre Jones who took over from Bernard and Frances,
on their retirement in 1995.

Ulysses is named after the book by James Joyce.
The previous owner,
Mrs. Delamata was a niece
of James Joyce.
